Sally Pederson

Sally is an award-winning travel writer, English tutor, and international house & pet sitter. Born and raised in Canada, she has also lived in Italy, Costa Rica, and Spain. To date, she has been to over 35 countries and 250 cities. She believes adventure and excitement are found everywhere, a deserted beach, the base of a mountain, a new city, or a small village.

When she is not writing, she is either at the gym or out jogging, or most likely making her next travel plans. A few of her favorite things in life other than travel are pasta and seafood, cheese, chocolate, wine, and whiskey.

In this episode, hosts Kenna Koronko and Yasemin Dogar interview Sally Pederson. She shares her experience as an International Travel Writer and addresses some misconceptions about her career. She also talks about the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the travel industry.
