School of Tourism Management – Capilano University
We are fortunate to be tourism students at Capilano University. Without the support of the School of Tourism Management, we would not have been able to establish the PATA Student Chapter. We are incredibly grateful to the School of Tourism Management for providing us with resources, guidance, and encouragement.
Tourism and Outdoor Recreation Student Association (TRECSA)
TRECSA is a professional organization run by Tourism Management students at Capilano University. Every year PATA and TRECSA proudly co-host Capilano University’s World Tourism Day event. TRECSA’s vision is to create more opportunities for students to connect with each other, the faculty, and industry professionals. We have a lot in common and love supporting each other in everything we do!
Contiki brings together travellers from all corners of the globe to discover new cultures and a little part of themselves along the way. They offer 350+ global trips for those aged 18-35. And stay tuned for our Contiki webinar coming up in March 2021.
PATA Youth – Student Chapter Network
Our PATA Student Chapter is part of PATA Youth’s program, an inspiring global network of tourism students. The PATA Youth program offers diverse platforms for gaining industry knowledge and accessing youth-targeted resources, ranging from the Youth Symposium, webinars, workshops, the PATA Internship Program, sponsored awards and more. We also have the opportunity to connect with other student chapters around the world and follow the incredible work that they do. We love being part of this network and look forward to collaborating with other student chapters in the future!
